Raw and Superfoods

And that includes cacao. You know, the actual nut that chocolate as we know it comes from. Chocolate, as David Wolfe says, 90% of the planet eats but has never had in it’s natural form.
I have been experimenting with the stuff. I’m not too far from a chocolate like candy made from raw living ingredients. Hopefully it will have the same consistency of the chocolate I’ve used in the past.
Tonight, I made up a chocolate treat with a frosting like consistency. Yum!
I’m also adding more raw vegan foods into my diet and have been noticing more energy. Why? Enzymes. They’re not cooked out of the food. So my body isn’t having to steal the enzymes from elsewhere to process what I’ve been eating.
Enough for now, will continue with more updates on the food in general.
